Welcome to COTOS
In a world characterized by chaos and conflict, there exists a refuge of fresh. A cave of clean.
It is a natural connection between body and water, soap and skin, mind and machine.
It’s a metaphor for self-reflection; a path through which we replenish and ready ourselves.
The outdoor shower, though physical in nature, is nevertheless a distinct state of mind for the modern man, communing with the sights and sounds of simple moments spent under a sky that’s always shifting, changing, challenging us to spin along.
Water flows just like words, extracted from the head and propelled into the world where its impact is immediate.
And afterwards, left to dampen the ground on which we walk, it evaporates back into the ether of mere memory.
It’s a checkpoint. An exercise repeated often enough as to make it mundane, but so simple in nature, so glorious at its core that it sustains the very fabric of our being.
Welcome to the Church of the Outdoor Shower.
